Pool Maintenance

Keep Your Pool Clean, Balanced, and Always Ready with Our Pool Maintenance Services

Keeping a pool in good shape takes consistency. Water chemistry, filtration, surfaces, and equipment all need regular attention. We handle all of it so your pool stays clean, safe, and ready to swim. And when we spot something that could turn into a bigger problem, we tell you about it before it does.

Our Maintenance Services

  • Routine Maintenance. We test and balance your water chemistry (pH, chlorine, alkalinity, and calcium hardness), brush walls and floors, skim the surface, vacuum, and check that your filtration system is running properly. Everything your pool needs to stay clean and swim-ready.
  • Filter Cleaning. Sand, cartridge, or DE, a clogged filter reduces flow and lets contaminants build up. We clean and inspect your filter on a regular schedule to keep your water clear and your system running at full capacity.
  • Leak Detection. A slow leak can waste tens of thousands of gallons a year and cause serious structural damage over time. We use pressure testing and other detection methods to find leaks and get them resolved before the damage grows.
  • Pool Inspections. Buying a home with a pool? We evaluate the structure, plumbing, equipment, electrical, and safety features so you go into the purchase knowing exactly what condition the pool is in.
  • Green-to-Clean Treatment. Green water is an algae problem, not just a cosmetic one. We treat it with the right combination of shock, algaecide, and filtration to restore safe, clear water without draining the pool.
  • Drain & Clean. When total dissolved solids build up too high or water chemistry gets too far out of balance to correct, a full drain and clean is the right call. We empty the pool, pressure wash the surfaces, and refill with fresh water.
  • Acid Wash. Staining, calcium scale, and discoloration that won’t respond to regular cleaning need an acid wash. It strips away mineral and chemical deposits and exposes a clean layer of plaster underneath.
  • Bead Blasting. Calcium buildup at the waterline is one of the most common and visible maintenance issues. We remove it with an eco-friendly bead blasting process that clears the tile without damaging the grout or surrounding surfaces.
