"We had a wonderful experience working with Charlottesville Aquatics. After contacting another service out of Richmond and going through months of planning with them, that company eventually ghosted us.
I was so disappointed to have lost so much time with the other company. I then reached out to Charlottesville Aquatics and they got back to me immediately and Fred was on site to assess our backyard within the next week. We had a full proposal within the week following that.
Once they had a crew to start digging our backyard, they went from breaking ground to having the gunite applied within one month. The entire crew that dug the backyard and put in the pool was so hard-working, working sun up to sun down and even on Saturdays, and they were very polite and professional. Christine updated us along the way and was easy to get in touch with whenever a question came up.
Our pool is plastered and fully finished now and looks amazing! I would highly recommend Charlottesville Aquatics to anyone considering building a pool."
